Webinar - Using Sarah Nexus Effectively: Intuitive Model Building and Interpreting Confidence
Sarah Nexus is a statistical software tool that gives accurate mutagenicity predictions quickly. Sarah can be used in conjunction with a second QSAR tool as part of an ICH M7 workflow.
This webinar describes the Model Building functionality that has been implemented within Sarah Nexus. Using proprietary data, a user can build models which cover a chemical space relevant to the user’s query compounds. This can enhance predictivity within that chemical space.
Sarah Nexus provides a confidence score for each prediction generated. This webinar discusses what the confidence score represents, and how to interpret it as part of a Sarah Nexus prediction. Some examples are used, with a discussion of the expert review that might be undertaken for them.
Dr. David Yeo presented this webinar.
