At Lhasa, we’re proud to invest in our people. As part of this commitment, some of our colleagues recently completed the PRINT® course, a programme designed to uncover what truly motivates us beneath the surface.
By understanding these drivers, we’re better equipped to support each other, build stronger teams, and work in ways that bring out our best.
PRINT is just one example of how we invest in our people. At Lhasa, we know that by supporting our colleagues, we better serve our members.
Culture Champions
We launched our Culture Champion programme in 2023 to help shape and strengthen our workplace culture. Volunteers from each department act as champions, helping to:
- Define what our culture looks like in practice
- Promote the importance of culture and values
- Lead by example and empower others
- Encourage colleague-led initiatives
- Gather feedback and track progress
- Recognise and celebrate values-led behaviour
Our investment in culture has led to meaningful results. We were delighted to win the Workplace Culture Champion award and be shortlisted for the Tech for Good award at the Prolific North Champions Awards 2025. The previous year, we were proud to be shortlisted for multiple Leeds Digital Festival Awards, recognising our commitment to inclusion and creating a great place to work.
Alongside this, we’ve seen strong engagement with well-being initiatives, including fitness sessions and craft clubs, which highlights the value of a workplace where people feel supported both personally and professionally.
