Culture Champions
Our Culture Champion programme continues to play an important role in shaping and strengthening our workplace culture. Colleagues from across each department act as champions, helping to:
- Define what our culture looks like in practice
- Promote the importance of culture and values
- Lead by example and empower others
- Encourage colleague-led initiatives
- Gather feedback and track progress
- Recognise and celebrate values-led behaviour
Our continued investment in culture has delivered meaningful results. We have been recognised through a number of workplace awards, including winning the Workplace Culture Champion award and being shortlisted for the Tech for Good award at the Prolific North Champions Awards. We were also proud to be named Best Tech Place to Work at the Leeds Digital Festival Awards, recognising our commitment to inclusion and creating a supportive workplace.
More recently, we were thrilled to be recognised at the Inspiring Workplaces Awards, where we were ranked among the top organisations for workplace culture, with particular recognition for Culture & Purpose, Wellbeing, Leadership, and Inclusion & Belonging.
Alongside these achievements, we continue to see strong engagement with colleague-led wellbeing initiatives, including fitness sessions and craft clubs. These activities reflect the importance of creating a workplace where people feel supported, connected, and empowered both personally and professionally.
