Derek Nexus version 6.3 contains 132 alerts for skin sensitisation, together with reasoning rules encoding physicochemical descriptors. In addition to a prediction of skin sensitisation potency for alerting query compounds, Derek evaluates potentially misclassified and unclassified features in compounds that do not activate skin sensitisation alerts or examples.
