This scientific paper evaluates the occupational health hazards of 25 commonly used peptide couplers and a select group of their hydrolysis products for in vivo, in vitro, and in silico testing.

The study demonstrates the merits of an integrated, in vivo -in silico analysis, applied to the skin sensitisation endpoint using Computer-Aided Discovery and REdesign (CADRE) and Derek Nexus.
