Rachel Lyons – Product Manager at Codurance

Rachel Lyons is a Product Manager with a decade of experience helping both startups and established companies deliver meaningful change through product thinking. Her journey into tech wasn’t traditional. She started out as a personal assistant and, while working at a startup, found herself wearing multiple hats. That’s when she discovered her passion for building products and solving real user problems.

Since then, Rachel has led product development across various industries, managing everything from early-stage ideas to full-scale launches. At Codurance, she works closely with partners to shape their product strategies and embed a strong product mindset across teams. She’s especially passionate about creating inclusive environments where people from all backgrounds can thrive in tech.

Sally Bogg – Head of IT (Internal) at NHS England

A driven, motivated, and adaptable senior IT leader, Sally has 18 years’ experience of developing and delivering high quality sector leading services. Sally spent 14 years working in Higher Education before joining NHS Digital as Head of Service in 2020. Sally is currently the Head of (internal) IT where she is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services to internal customers at NHS England. A strong leader who brings energy and passion to everything she does, Sally has used a creative and collaborate approach to service improvement to create award winning teams. A multiple award winner herself, Sally is well known as a thought leader across the service desk and service management communities.

Mala Benn – Head of Engineering at Genio

Mala has worked in Software teams for over two decades, transitioning from developer to various leadership positions. Her passion lies in understanding and leveraging the drivers of success: leadership, motivation, personality, culture, progression, and values. Her mission is to continuously learn and empower individuals and teams to achieve their fullest potential.

James Brundell – Principal Test Analyst at Lhasa Limited

Since joining Lhasa Limited in April 2017, James has steadily progressed to his current position as Principal Test Analyst. Over the years, he has played a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Lhasa’s scientific software, contributing to the company’s mission of enabling informed decision-making in the life sciences.

His work has spanned both manual and automated testing, agile development environments, and cross-functional collaboration, all of which have helped shape the robust testing culture within the organization.

Prior to Lhasa, James worked at the Boots factory, where he developed a strong appreciation for quality standards and process efficiency, skills that laid a solid foundation for his career in software testing. Today, he leads strategic testing initiatives, mentors junior team members, and continues to drive innovation and excellence in quality assurance across Lhasa’s product suite.
