2016 American College of Toxicology - Annual Meeting
This year’s Annual Meeting included a full scientific program, comprising symposia, poster sessions, exhibits and lectures. Also included were more social events in the exhibit hall to enhance interactions among attendees, students, and exhibitors.
Lhasa Limited held an Exhibitor-Hosted Program on Sunday 6th November at 12.00 pm – 12.55 pm. Lhasa Scientist Donna Macmillan ran this session, which focussed on the ICH M7 Guideline.
Description: The ICH M7 guideline permits the expert assessment of mutagenicity based upon two in silico predictions, but does not describe how this should be done. This talk will focus on the process of expert assessment together with the semi-automated preparation of a report for regulatory submission.
Participants will see a path from prediction to submission including how to undertake expert review, what questions should be addressed, and what should be included in a regulatory submission. In addition, it will cover how and when purge arguments can reduce unnecessary analytical studies.
This session is an Exhibitor-Hosted Program. Although not an official part of the ACT Annual Meeting scientific program, its presentation is permitted by the College.
