To reach Leeds by car:

Please note: On days when there are high winds, you may find that Water Lane is closed (please consult the Leeds City Council website for confirmation of road closure). In this case, please use the alternative directions shown at the bottom of the page.

From the M1 Northbound

  • At junction 43 the motorway splits. Take the right hand lanes and follow M621 Leeds Centre.
  • Exit M621 at junction 3 (signposted A653 Leeds, Holbeck) and follow the road round onto A653 (When Water Lane is closed, please refer to "Alternative directions" below to continue your journey).
  • Continue on, following signs for the “City centre”
  • Follow sign for “Double Tree Hilton”, left onto Water Lane
  • Follow signs for “Granary Wharf” - right onto Wharf Approach and then right at Simply Health onto Canal Wharf. Lhasa Limited is the final building on the right.

From the M62 Eastbound

  • Exit M62 at junction 27 to the M621.
  • Exit the M621 at junction 3 (signposted A653 Leeds, Beeston, Holbeck) and continue onto Meadow Lane/A653 (When Water Lane is closed, please refer to "Alternative directions" below to continue your journey).
  • Continue on, following signs for the “City centre”
  • Follow sign for “Double Tree Hilton”, left onto Water Lane
  • Follow signs for “Granary Wharf” - right onto Wharf Approach and then right at Simply Health onto Canal Wharf. Lhasa Limited is the final building on the right.

From the M62 Westbound

  • Exit M62 at junction 29 to join M1 northbound.
  • Continue from – “From the M1 Northbound”.

From A1 Northbound

  • Leave A1(M) at exit 41 to join M62 westbound.
  • Exit M62 at junction 29 to join M1 northbound.
  • Continue from – “From the M1 Northbound”.

From A1 Southbound

  • Follow A1(M) and M1 to Leeds, taking exit 45 from the M1. 
  • Take the A63 towards Leeds and continue to follow the A63 through 3 roundabouts.
  • Turn left onto A61 and continue past Crown Point Retail Park.
  • Take a left onto Meadow Lane/A653 and follow around to the right. (When Water Lane is closed, please refer to "Alternative directions" below to continue your journey).
  • Continue on, following signs for the “City centre”
  • Follow sign for “Double Tree Hilton”, left onto Water Lane
  • Follow signs for “Granary Wharf” - right onto Wharf Approach and then right at Simply Health onto Canal Wharf. Lhasa Limited is the final building on the right.

Alternative directions

  • All instructions up to joining the A653 are as described above
  • From the A653, turn left onto Manor Road at the "Medical Protection Society (MPS) office
  • Take the second right onto David Street
  • At the end of the road, turn right onto Water Lane (this will say closed except for access)
  • Take the second left onto Canal Wharf. Lhasa Limited is the first building on the left.

To reach Leeds by bus:

There are number of excellent bus services in Leeds. Vist the West Yorkshire Metro website and First Leeds for timetables and general information. Visit the National Express website for coach details.

Leeds station connects us with all major UK cities. For information on this and timetables visit the National Rail website.

The Lhasa Limited office is less than 5 minutes’ walk from the train station:

  • Depart the station via the Southern Exit (near platforms 15/16) towards Holbeck Urban Village, which can be accessed via the western footbridge.
  • At the bottom of the escalators, head left towards Granary Wharf.
  • Walk towards the canal, passing the restaurant Fazenda on your left.
  • Cross the canal and make your way around the edge of the BMB Group building.
  • Once you reach Canal Wharf, the Lhasa Limited office is directly ahead.
