I’m Paul, the Principal Software Developer here at Lhasa Limited. I joined the organisation in 2001 after obtaining a BSc in Chemistry and a PhD in the interesting areas of X-ray Crystallography and Metallaborane Chemistry both at Leeds. It was during my PhD that my interest in computers and programming grew.
Working at Lhasa enables me to combine my interest in computing with my scientific background. I have worked on the majority of the products that Lhasa offers including our flagship product Derek Nexus, and several member focused software projects including one of our latest endeavours Mirabilis.
At Lhasa, I lead the development of our software, working closely with our Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and key stakeholders to deliver quality software that meets the needs of our members within a reasonable time frame.
Away from Lhasa, I enjoy golf, gardening and spending time with my family which includes Meg, a black Cocker Spaniel puppy.
