Hi, I am Geraldine and I have worked at Lhasa Limited since 2000. I completed my PhD in Organometallic Chemistry at the Université de Rennes, in France.

My previous roles at Lhasa Limited have involved customer support, technical authoring, testing and project management. But as Business Improvement Manager, I monitor and coordinate processes to try to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the business.  I also take care of certification, for example, ISO 9001 which is a certified quality management system.
