Nothing to report? An in silico fragmentation methodology for making explicit negative predictions of skin sensitisation

pdf fileChilton ML;

This presentation was given by Dr Martyn Chilton at the 27th Meeting of the European Research Group on Experimental Contact Dermatitis.

This presentation gives the background to using structural alerts for skin sensitisation and discusses making negative predictions within a knowledge-based system.

It then talks about the importance of expert review and the performance of Lhasa's negative predictions model for both mutagenicity and skin.
