Negative Predictions for Skin Sensitisation 47th ICGM

This presentation gives a background into making negative predictions for mutagenicity and describes some of the challenges of making negative predictions for the skin sensitisation endpoint. 

Negative predictions for skin sensitisation have been applied within Derek Nexus for the 2018 release. This presentation explains the methodology behind these predictions and shows some data on the model's performance. Three case studies are also included.
