Mercury - Mining Emerging Patterns for Knowledge Discovery.pdf

pdf fileSherhod R;

The development of new structural alerts for toxicity is a time consuming task, even for toxicology and chemistry experts. In order to expedite this process a software tool has been developed that can automatically mine representations of activating features directly from toxicity datasets and present them in an interpretable form.

Presented by Richard Sherhod at the 3rd Lhasa Symposium, Cambridge, UK; 5th - 6th September 2012.
