This presentation gives an overview of the CPDB (Carcinogenic Potency Database) and introduces the Lhasa Carcinogenicity Database, an up-to-date database which has built on the CPDB.

The Lhasa Carcinogenicity Database includes structure-based searching, a new, transparent TD50 calculation method, and an intuitive user interface.
