A high reliability Vitic Nexus dataset of in vivo micronucleus data was used to evaluate the predictive performance for chromosome damage in vivo alerts in Derek for Windows. The comparison study considered sensitivity, specificity and concordance data between Derek for Windows versions 12 and 13 after implementation of new in vivo chromosome damage alerts.
