Adding In Vivo Mammalian Cytogenetics Data to SEND and ToxML.pdf

pdf fileAli MA;

This work provides a detailed look at the structure of SEND and ToxML and goes through a real example of how raw data from a micronucleus assay experiment is captured and stored in the two different formats. Discussion is focussed on how the formats were extended or modified in order to accommodate the data and sheds light on the issues involved in interconverting between them.
