How to resolve inconclusive predictions from defined approaches for skin sensitisation in OECD GL No497

We are thrilled to be presenting within an upcoming skin sensitisation webinar held by Animal-Free Safety Assessment (AFSA) Collaboration!

This exciting event will discuss OECD Guideline No. 497: Defined Approaches (DAs) for Skin Sensitisation and present several case studies, each ‘inconclusive’ for skin sensitisation potential according to the ITS and 2o3 DAs. By applying a weight of evidence approach using additional lines of evidence, a conclusive prediction, where possible, is achieved.

Presenters include:

Dr. Donna Macmillan, Humane Society International
Introductory and concluding remarks
Background of GL 497

Dr. Yuan Gao, Procter & Gamble

Dr. Martyn Chilton, Lhasa Limited
