Discovery Europe, Oxford Global

We were delighted to attend Discovery Europe, in relation to scientific progress surrounding Effiris – our secondary pharmacology model platform, where each model learns from the private data of all pharmaceutical collaborators, providing accurate secondary pharmacology predictions for novel compounds.

During the event, Laura Johnston, Associate Director of Applied Sciences and Thierry Hanser, Head of Molecular Informatics and AI provided a presentation; Anticipating and avoiding adverse drug reactions using machine learning and privacy-preserving data sharing.

Jack Yung, Application Scientist presented a poster; Using Privacy-Preserving Federated Learning to Enable Pre-Competitive Cross-Industry Knowledge Sharing and Improve QSAR Models.
