In Sarah Nexus, it is not clear what the cut-off point is for structural similarity. Is it possible to include that in the predictions?

For each query compound, Sarah generates a fingerprint of fragments, which is compared to the training set to determine those most similar.  Within each hypothesis, those more similar compounds are displayed first and the top ten nearest neighbours are used for the confidence calculation. When there is a tie in tenth place, all of the molecules with the same similarity score as the tenth nearest neighbour are used. Sarah displays all matched training set examples for each hypothesis since the expert may have specific knowledge that leads them to conclude that a particular example is more relevant than our ranking would suggest and we do not want to hide such data.
